About the Authors
Co-authors Dave and Susan met online and married in 2013. Dave grew up in St. Louis, MO and is the father of two adult sons. His eldest son met and married his wonderful wife online, and she is from Indonesia. Together, they have two sons. Dave’s youngest son is currently engaged to his own wonderful gal and he inherited the mechanical genes of both grandpas. During Dave’s career path as a long-term transportation safety professional, he has driven every type of vehicle from a motorcycle to a bus and tractor-trailer. Susan grew up in Harrisburg, PA, and spent a couple of years during her early childhood in Texas before moving back to Pennsylvania. She graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Elementary Education and worked primarily as a third-grade teacher in several schools for 36 years. Dave and Susan are now retired and reside in Southern Indiana. This is the first book that either of them has written. They hope you enjoy walking through the pages of this book as they share with you some of the intimate memories they have of this first part of their Eternal Grand Adventure.
